We aren't a house of worship. We don't have pews, we don't preach, and we don't pray (Well, some of us don't).
Founded by a close-knit group of longtime friends and colleagues, we recognized unmet needs in our state and committed ourselves to creating real, hands-on change. Each founder brings a distinct personality, leadership style, and practical skill set, creating a balanced team grounded in integrity, accountability, and action.

The team’s natural communicator and morale engine. Known for his humor, warmth, and instinct to move toward challenges rather than away from them, he brings energy, optimism, and genuine compassion to the work.

Program Director
The team’s engine for getting things done. Calm, dependable, and relentlessly effective, Jason turns plans into programs while others are still talking about them. Behind an imposing presence is one of the kindest and most sincere hearts in the group, and it shows in how he treats every person our programs serve.

Director of Community Engagement
Genuine, generous, and fiercely loyal, Ben is the bridge between our work and the people it serves. He reads a room well, knows when to listen and when to bring the energy, and believes honesty is a form of respect. That combination builds the kind of trust our community partnerships depend on.
Jay "The Tog" Rowland
Director of Arts
A talented photographer and artist with an exceptional eye for detail, Jay leads our arts programming. He listens first, thinks carefully, and holds his work to a high standard while staying modest about his own abilities. Loyal to the core, Jay is the first to show up when someone needs help, usually before they ask.
Tyler "Nugget" Fields
Public Policy Advocate
The youngest son of our director, Tyler is half as tall and twice as driven as the rest of us. As Public Policy Advocate, he keeps an eye on the laws and local decisions that affect the people we serve, and makes sure their needs are heard where those decisions get made.
